I used to sleep by morning, but I've switched to sleeping by night, and its a been approximately one week now. I am experiencing great fatigue throughout the day, and it becomes very severe at around 12 hours after being awake, and sometimes 9, which is usually when I am forced to go to sleep.
Could this have anything to do with my recent change of sleep clocks? Has anyone experienced something similar to then when traveling to a timezone with a 12 hour difference?
