It makes me realise (as I am preparing for an important corporate presentation on style in the workplace for women) that clothes can be used as a form of protection and an armour, if you like. Keeping your message consistent (at least in the work place) keeps you trustworthy and reliable. It makes you look successful and people are more likely to listen to you, than be distracted from your message.
