I completely agree with Mr. Wilson commentary. Also, does the study compare the people clothing and culture? Being Hispanic, I give you an example: in general younger Hispanic well educated women dress and makeup completely different than younger Anglo women in US and in Latin-America; we could say that they dress what you call here sexy (not trashy) and with more colorful clothing all year round, and it doesn’t have to do with their intellectual and working capacity.
