I have been eating more properly over the past 2.5 years. In that time I have lost 140 pounds. I would like to lose 30 more. I find that setting a livable daily calorie allowance has helped me to develop a long term pattern that I hope I can live with forever. This along with adding walking to my daily routine, weighing my self daily, and maintaining a food diary since day 1 has been a huge helping me to change my 50+ year struggle with obesity.
