I typed in to google can yogurt help gain weight? But every search result that came up seems to always assume everyone want to lose weight. I am 54 and weigh 48kg. I want to weigh 55kg. No one seems to have any helpful advice other than eat more. But it seems it is related to gut bacteria. I have strated to put pot set yogurt into smoothies with bananas, whey powder, almond flour, macadamia milk...any info that can help me? Monika
