Nothing wrong with investigating meditation scientifically but it is an red flag when you do nothing but promote one obscure type of meditation. You may feel very strongly about LKM and you can defend it all you want but everyone has different subjective tastes so this is unlikely to resonate with the majority of readers. It does not benefit your readers to evade what practical basis of meditation there is, namely to spend time free from common triggers of stress and to develop associations between stimuli and relaxation to make this process easier. Your mantra, for instance, you have psychologically conditioned yourself to associate it with relaxation.
