Ken, These are excellent additions and much appreciated. However I don't want readers to miss that the importance of my post is to argue that "we are already there." These collective threads of science are not particularly controversial, and together create the very paradigm needed to move our field out of the "preparadigmatic" phase of science. A commonly accepted paradigm has long been identified as the primary element still standing in the way of full psychotherapy integration.
