Experts suggest ways to correct habits that keep us from resting well

Ellie Ellie Ellie... Why the hostility? I invite you into my home and this is how you repay my kindness? I offer you my hand in friendship. I'm not judging you Ellie. That's the other guy's job. He's the one judging you. How am i the bad guy here? I'm not the one making the decisions here. I didn't make these ridiculous rules. Nor did i ever coerce anyone to do any evil deeds. Free will has always been my trademark. I'm not evil, just misunderstood. I really don't understand why you're so angry with me. I'm one of your oldest friends. Dont you remember we use to play hide and seek when you were little? You were afraid i would be hiding under your bed or in the closet? Maybe we can play again sometime?
