Carrying the emotional void around daily
How does someone otherwise fairly emotionally healthy handle carrying this emotional void around daily?
Having tried everything including getting into amazing shape only to still be depressingly hopeless and optionless for finding someone is really a barrier to my happiness. It's really slowly killing me inside.
I know you wrote this as a message of hope, but hope just feels as cruel as ever before. It just leads to the same miserable, lonely place, but now you've failed yet again...
I think hope can be extremely dangerous and hurtful to give to people that really don't have a reason to have any.
