I agree that the social norm for this needs to change. Not only am I a man, but I also have a daughter and fortunately, I have never been one of the ones doing the harassing. My idea of the norm was started by my parents who encouraged me that these types of actions were wrong and so when I became an adult and entered the workforce, I did not let the norms of others change who I was.
