With this much study and results absolutely nothing was explained other than repetition of Leader, Member exchange. Nothing given to utilize nor learn from. I can't believe that there were not many useful behaviors, styles and pragmatic results found that would allow those in the industry to learn from and apply. Why did you not pick 3 or 5 to talk about regarding implementation showing how and why they worked? At this point there is absolutely nothing to learn here?
