Consider a person who very much matches exactly the kind of person you described in the article. But then he is identified, evidence is collected, and he is fired from the job for his harassing behavior. How would he likely react? Should the employer and/or former victims fear violence, or is the predator more likely to move/disappear? In the case of the predator who had established a great deal of authority and respect in their professional role, how do they react to or overcome being fired?
