Hi Niki...Well done and keep going..I didn't find the eye therapy thingy any good either, and the systems I used to help me were in the form of a personal what fits recipe. Whatever worked at the time, I used.
Ref meditation, try Jens breathing exercise , its available on here. Just follow instructions,but don't worry if its doesn't quite gel first or second time, we PTSD'ers need to allow ourselves a little more time and love to settle into these things...L&L and good luck from across the pond...
