There are about a dozen sets of bathrooms at our local jr and high school complex. It is not affordable to have 24 bathroom "attendants" standing by the entire school day. You don't get "free" time by rotating teaching assistants, as if they were just sitting around and twiddling their thumbs otherwise.

And what about all the other unattended rooms and hallways at the school? Why are they more "safe" than a bathroom when nobody is withing sight?

A better approach is to have security cameras in all the hallways which record what is going on, with microphone pickups so that the central security desk could hear a call for help, etc.

If you're trying to demonstrate that you have good reasoning ability, you're failing. You really have little sense for realistic budgeting and costs. Having extra people standing around is VERY expensive.
