Experts suggest ways to correct habits that keep us from resting well

This article is an excellent summary of the research, what we believe that we know today, and raises new questions about the status of the Red wolf. In the past, I had always dismissed them as being a coyote genome that was introgressed with grey wolf. Now we have a finding that confirms this, to me this now raises other questions. Is it a coyote? No. Is it a gray wolf? No. Is it something else? I don't think the authorities have an answer to that one yet, all that we can be sure of is that we know which "species" gave rise to it. To simply dismiss it as a hybrid is premature because we are all hybrid crossings of some other species.
