Running
As someone who has been running consistently for the past 15 years, I have to say just how much I agree with this article. It took me a while (years to be precise) to realize why running has become and remained a constant part of my life. The initial phase of running is tough - it takes effort and needs to be learnt like everything worth doing in life. But the mental, emotional and physical rewards truly are worth the effort.
