And I agree with the last comment. Running is my meditation, slow or not so slow. It's also crazily addictive. And it's a way to put those mental ducks in a row, and it's amazing that you can run, listen to Albert Einstein's biography, figure things out about work, life, and many other things--all at the same time. I write, and it takes a run to do it--plot details come into focus--it's my daily non-cigarette!
