Oh dear! Life creates cancer! How can i put this nicely?
I guess that the truth in this is that since the enlightenment period science has replaced spirituality and many cancers are borne of chemicals etc, made by mankind (atomic bombs indeed). There is also a lot to be said for faith healing but spirituality is not psychology.
Cancers are mostly genetic but sometimes man made, such as in cigarette smoking. The cause is 'never' psychological but I believe feeling low can affect the immune system and leave a person prone to disease.
Define happiness. My perception is that I am happy and have been so mostly in 63 years, yet there are times when I have had other emotions such as sadness when my parents died.
I doubt if an open mind can be present with such a post.
Early emotional trauma changes who we are, but we can do something about it.
And if so, is it an invitation for frustration -- or mindful awareness?
