Experts suggest ways to correct habits that keep us from resting well

I love this article!!! I've been trying to get everyone I know that have school-age kids to understand this because their are so many kids who don't like going to school and who act out because of this very thing. I always hear people that's my age or older saying "I liked school when I was young" but they forget or just don't truly pay attention on how much school has changed for kids now. Schools and parents are so overfocused on academics until they're forgetting that kids are kids and they need an outlet after being treated like robots all-day. It's all about the electronics and school work. It upsets me so much how play is being replaced. They even go so far as taking away play if kids aren't focusing in school and playing the silent robot game the entire... when adults can barely be quiet when they're supposed too. I believe in kids being quiet when needbe but an entire schoolday.
