I was going to observe that this is a Buddhist mindfulness practice: watch yourself being intimidated and say to yourself "hmm, this is my mind being intimidated". Suddenly you are not so much intimidated as observing. A useful thing to know how to do, no matter who recommends it or what it's labelled. Thank you.
