Animal shelters should not kill anyone.
This is a crime against humanity as dogs and cats aren't any different than us, yet they have done nothing wrong, yet they are in prison and some are ultimately killed. ie "euthanized". Maybe they walk along an alley, walk up to someone and get dumped at a city shelter.
I wish the shelters would send out the dogs for service animals, at least, instead of "11th hour" kill list.
Luckily there are many 11th hour charities! My best friend was on 11th hour list, my animal!
