Expressing gratitude is perhaps the smallest act of positivity, shown actually toward your ownself. Although it is expressed for someone, the initial impact is on one's own psychology. When expressed, both our mind and mood become enthused and joyful. For me, perhaps it is the simplest step one can take to be positive, to look positive, and to grasp positive. After all, you become what you perceive and think!
