That's good to know. I read in "Back in Control" by Dr. David Hanscom that writing is better than typing, but I am more inclined to do this exercise if I type than if I write. My handwriting has become so bad from years of typing that about all I can do anymore is sign my name. Everything else I do with Pen/Paper is print.
