Truly interesting to me, all these brain studies and particularly when they're correlated with behavioral studies. Is it possible that this brain circuitry process also has something to do with other addictions, such as overeating? I see great hope in overcoming obsessive-compulsive behaviors, addiction behaviors or lack-of-impulse-control behaviors with the help of greater and greater understanding of how the brain/mind works. Imagine a "willpower-enhancing" pill!! Here's hoping that new therapies and/or cures for obsessive-compulsive disorders and impulse disorders are not too far away.
