I needed to read your comment Alice. I scored in high 600s. Just experienced a big anxiety attack that necessitated ambulance coming to check me out. Thankfully it was not a heart attack but I was driving with my kids in car when the attack sidelined me. I'm taking some unnecessaries off the table now and going to work diligently on self care during this dark season of separation from my husband. This scale is helpful.
