The evolution of behavior
Hogan M Sherrow Ph.D.
The question is not whether you’ll change; you will. Research clearly shows that everyone’s personality traits shift over the years, often for the better. But who we end up becoming and how much we like that person are more in our control than we tend to think they are.

Hogan M. Sherrow, Ph.D., is the head of You Evolving, LLC, working to improve leadership, teamwork, and life-work balance. His academic research focuses on the evolution of behavior.
We are, all of us, the products of organic evolution, acting on ape populations for millions of years through a variety of selective forces. As such, every aspect of our humanity from our relatively massive brains, to the way we raise our children, has been influenced or impacted by evolution. You Evolving is designed to link the science of human evolution to the human condition. I will use results from my own research and the research of colleagues in multiple disciplines to illuminate topics that cover the spectrum of human behavior and evolution.
