WOW, what a great blog, so happy to have found it!
i can really relate to this!
looking forward to more of your advice,
Thank you so much for your video blog. I have been and still am very self conscious on the dance floor. I stand on the sidelines tapping my feet to the music really wanting to dance. But my fear keeps me trapped. Your advice gives me hope and I am taking dance lessons at your studio soon. Thanks again for the inspiration, down to earth advice and I look forward to more of your tips and advice.
Thanks for this blog - very inspirational video! I think that moving to get in touch with our bodies (and the spirit inside) is essential. One way to get over self consciousness might be to practice something called
conscious dance, which can be done alone or in an accepting group. The more we're comfortable with our bodies moving, the more likely we'll be to get out on the dance floor in a social situation, maybe?
