Narcissism

Narcissism Isn't for Everybody

Look at yourself. No, look at me.

cartoon - man dedicates his book on narcissism to himself

Narcissus was the famous mythical man who fell in love with himself when he saw his reflection in a pool of water. He pined away and turned into the Narcissus flower.

Scott Barry Kaufman writes about how to find a narcissist here.

Wired expands the definition of narcissism to include bloggers and the ilk. (I'm not sure if they meant to include certain blog commenters in the description or not...)

In any case, I think the book author in this cartoon, who will probably sell his book in e-book form -- not that there's anything wrong with that -- fits the definition perfectly.
