Therapy Through Ice Cream

Your inner child may be screaming for a scoop: a mindful eating cartoon

And I think you know my next question: What flavor?

Research gathered from an iPhone app concludes that people's minds wander almost 47 percent of their waking hours. That's not news to some of us. And we think food is a good place for it to wander to.

You might also enjoy a therapy cartoon about a different kind of obsession.
