I provide counselling services for persons 18 yrs old and above, to recover from depression, anxiety, burnout and other stress-related problems. I have 13 years' experience working with women's issues, including pregnancy loss, postnatal depression/anxiety, mother-baby bonding difficulties. I also strongly believe in preventive care and building resilience.
