Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) - Couples and Relationships - ADHD/ASD
I am an experienced, fully accredited psychotherapist working with individuals, couples and families. Having lived and worked in Malaysia, Singapore and Ireland, I bring a cross-cultural perspective and can relate to both Asian and Western clients.
Before retraining, I worked as a banking lawyer, giving me insight into the pressures of professional and corporate life and how these impact relationships and wellbeing.
I am among a small number of therapists in Singapore and Ireland fully certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFCT, EFIT and EFFT) by ICEEFT.
I work using Emotionally Focused Therapy, helping couples move from conflict and disconnection to greater safety, closeness and understanding.
With individuals, I support clients to work through emotional pain, reduce anxiety and find a more grounded, fulfilling way of living.
I have a special interest in working with ADHD/ASD in couples and individuals.
I have been in private practice since 2010 and previously worked with Pieta House in Ireland, supporting individuals and families facing self-harm and suicidality.
As a mother,I also care deeply about parent–child relationships, particularly during young adult and life transitions.
