Vishnu is a trained and registered Psychotherapist and Counsellor with a Masters in Counselling and a Degree in Psychology. In therapy sessions, he also draws from a myriad of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Family Therapy, Transactional Analysis (TA), Hypnotherapy and Transactional Analysis.
