Hi, I’m Vaishnavi (she/they), a registered trauma-informed art psychotherapist and co-founder of Ayana Art Therapy PTE LTD. I work with adults, including LGBTQIA+ individual and people from marginalised communities, navigating complex trauma, anxiety, identity, body image, relationships, attachment wounds, and emotional overwhelm. Through art therapy, I offer a gentle, non-judgmental, affirming space to explore your experiences, reconnect with your body, and rediscover a sense of safety and self. Together, we will move at your pace toward recovery and growth.
My approach is grounded in trauma-informed art psychotherapy. I offer a non-judgmental, queer and trans-affirming, sex-positive, kink-allied, and ENM-friendly space where you can move at your own pace. I support trauma, identity, relationships, body image, anxiety, and burnout using body-based, Jungian, and sandplay approaches as well.
