I am a successful & experienced professional counsellor with several years of experience in counselling with modern counselling modalities such as AF-EMDR, ACT, Mindfulness and CBT. My multi-county and multi-cultural exposure has given me a deep understanding of human behaviour, challenges and I try my best to help every individual to find new perspectives and equip them with suitable coping skills. I strongly believe every human being is born with the ability to become someone, they just need the right direction and the support to transform their lives.
With several year of experience in AF-EMDR, ACT, CBT and mindfulness, I help client to find new perspectives and learn new coping skills to handle their issues. It could be by acknowledging emotions and thoughts and learning mindfulness, self -compassion, problem solving and acceptance skill.
I strongly believe that nothing is impossible. Sometimes, life is just hard and relationships are difficult. We can't live without human relationships, and sometimes it's difficult to be with them.
