Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, and disconnected from themselves after experiencing trauma or a life crisis. They may struggle to regain a sense of control in their lives. I specialise in affordable, trauma-focused counselling and my approach centres on creating a safe and non judgmental space where they can rebuild their emotional resilience and begin healing at their own pace.
With over a decade of experience supporting survivors of sexual assault and working with trauma and adverse life experiences, I bring authenticity, care, and a grounded presence into every session. I am also a licensed Singapore Certified EMDR Practitioner and a SAC Registered Counsellor and Clinical Member.
