The psychological impact of PCOS/PCOD is frequently overshadowed by its physical symptoms. Beyond the diagnosis lies a complex experience involving metabolic dysfunction, hormonal mood fluctuations, body image concerns, and the stress of navigating a misunderstood condition. As a counselor, I am forming this group to provide a structured space for connection through shared lived experience. While I facilitate to ensure a safe environment, the focus is peer-led support. I am currently accepting inquiries to establish a schedule that accommodates founding members. Please note: This is a wellness-focused group, not intended for those in acute psychiatric crisis.
