A therapist with a difference. The past 20 years in this field have taught me that besides being professional, well trained, a therapist has to be genuinely humane, humble, approachable, and compassionate with a sense of humour, whilst supporting, walking with clients on their journey to wellness. I don’t give advice, because I believe each client is the expert of their own lives. No individual person is a problem but a problem is a problem and my job is to help clients recover remember and reclaim their agency. I was not there at the start nor can change it but I can be there to empower you with choices where and how you finish
