This is a support group, where each participant can safely share their experience, and support each other. The main area of sharing is impulsive and destructive behaviour and mood disorder. It will be held in the nature (e.g. Singapore Botanical Garden). The group will be around 7 (including the facilitator). The sharing session is around 1 hour, and it costs as little as $20 per session. The frequency will be once a month. Please enquire if interested.

ADHD Support Group

Hosted by

Open to adults with ADHD (officially diagnosed or not). Peer-led and facilitated by us. Meetings are based on 10 predefined topics. Online meeting once a month (third Tuesday of the month) to allow every participant to share, reflect, and connect with others. This group is not meant for people seeking information about ADHD. The participation fee $5 (each session), so it accessible to all interested individuals. The number of participants at each meeting will be limited to 7 people.
