By exploring life issues within your unconscious headspace, you essentially access the neuro-powerhouse to gain new insights, beat your bad habits and address unconscious biases. Music therapy offers clients the opportunity to draw connections between their music interest, and using that as a resource to support them. My personal qualities of attunement, empathy and authenticity guides me to be a music therapist that offers a person-centered approach.
