My practice philosophy is, “I am Ok- You are Ok’, I work closely in collaboration with my clients, to guide them through their healing journeys for change. I work with core beliefs like, 'I am not good enough', 'I am not important' and more. Usually, core beliefs are the hidden triggers for most of our issues, including anxiety, fear, stress and depression. I work with past childhood issues, traumas, couple issues, parenting, sexual abuse, improving communication with your own self and others, recognising life patterns that help or destroy. Change starts with awareness, and I aim to facilitate your internal understanding of self.
