Monday Mindfulness Meditation Circle
We meet every Monday to clear our minds and set the intention for the rest of the week by practicing mindfulness and meditation in a closed group. Each session has a pre decided theme on which the group meditates for 20-30 minutes; with a 10 minutes(each) check-in and check-out that enables participants to process their feelings & thoughts in a safe and supportive environment. The aim of these sessions is to provide mindfulness tools for stress reduction and relaxation + meditating with certain intentions to increase positivity in our life's.
