I believe that every individual is unique and deserve to have their voice heard. Therefore, I am passionate about helping people to find that voice, and in doing so, discover their uniqueness, potential and hope in their life journey. I emphasised in providing that therapeutic space where my clients feel safe to process their deepest thoughts, experience and emotions in their healing journey.

My approach to counselling is an integration of strength-based and trauma-focused therapy. Through a comprehensive assessment, I guide my client to process their painful memories and develop new insight into their situation. I also coach my clients with stabilising techniques to help them cope with day-to-day challenges while working on their past issues.

Having survived a valley of darkness and being restored from ashes to beauty, I feel the call to reach out to other trauma survivors through counselling and psychotherapy. Being on the other side of the chair, I empathise that it can be scary to seek treatment, yet attending therapy is one of the best gifts we can give to ourselves.
