I’m a board-certified US-Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor specializing in trauma, relationship/family issues, abuse, addictions (alcohol, substances, gambling, sex, porn, gaming, etc), grief, self-harming behaviors, bipolar disorder, gender/sexuality issues, eating disorders, anxiety and depression. I help you understand and overcome your emotional wounds, exploring how your past experiences, current environment, and internal stressors shape you. Together we will work through life transitions, grief, anger, shame, fear and wounds from relational difficulties. I provide a safe nonjudgmental space to process sensitive topics.
I worked in Chicago’s Northwestern Medicine behavioral hospitals (2020-2025) helping those in mental health crisis. Previously I worked at a non-profit organization for 20 years serving socially disadvantaged in my home country Singapore and Asian countries. I am an attachment-focused EMDR practitioner trained by The EMDR Institute Inc. (USA).
