Hello, I’m Rebecca Loan, a UK-trained Psychotherapist and Counsellor based in Singapore. I specialise in Adult ADHD, supporting men and women who are diagnosed, exploring diagnosis, or living with suspected ADHD. Many of my clients are navigating the impact of ADHD on self-esteem, anxiety, identity and relationships. My approach combines psychodynamic psychotherapy with practical ADHD-informed strategies. Alongside extensive training, my work is informed by lived experience of ADHD in long-term relationships, shaping the tools and programmes I offer.

For couples affected by ADHD, I have developed an integrated approach to relationship and marriage counselling. Drawing from psychodynamic psychotherapy, ADHD education, Internal Family Systems and the Gottman Method, I offer emotional depth and practical structure to help couples understand patterns and build a clear roadmap out of repeated conflict.
