Hello, I’m Rebecca Loan, a UK-trained Psychotherapist and Counsellor based in Singapore. I work with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, self-esteem struggles and life transitions.
Alongside general psychotherapy and counselling, I have a specialist interest in Adult ADHD, supporting individuals who are diagnosed, exploring diagnosis, or trying to better understand long-standing patterns affecting emotions, relationships and everyday life.
My approach combines psychodynamic psychotherapy with practical ADHD-informed strategies, helping clients build insight, awareness and more sustainable ways of moving forward.
For couples affected by ADHD, I offer relationship counselling that combines emotional depth with practical structure, helping couples better understand each other.
I am warm, easy to talk to and offer both online and in-person sessions from welcoming counselling rooms near Chinatown, Singapore. I also offer a free 20-minute introductory Zoom call to answer questions and help you get a sense of how therapy with me may feel.
