I believe that each one of us has an inbuilt potential to lead a happy life in all circumstances. But many times because of increased stress and tension in life (either due to workplace or family issues) we find it difficult to access that potential within and thus, we suffer from different health problems. My passion is to help individuals & couples come out of their problems & rediscover happiness in their life. From my personal experience of 8+ years, I can confidently say that taking help during the difficult times and using the psychological services can save an individual from many personal and professional problems.
I use holistic approach when it comes to heal someone. I am trained in Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Transactional Analysis and Clinical Hypnotherapy. I also use Breath Work and NLP. According to the need of the client I use one or the combination of these therapies to help him/her to deal with the problems successfully.
I can understand that it becomes difficult at times to deal with problems at workplace or at home. We all tend to make mistakes and we all suffer from problems like depression, anxiety etc. at some point in life. There is nothing to feel embarrassed about it.
