I am an upbeat and passionate Psychologist with experience across the globe. If you want to make a change and move your life in new, meaningful directions, you’re at the right place! My sessions are carefully tailored towards your particular needs, so we can connect and collaborate around your goals, fulfillment and clarity. They will be a safe place for you to express and explore your thoughts, feelings and actions with the help of practical therapeutic tools and holistic techniques. I aim to provide a warm, safe and confidential environment to fully discuss anything that’s on your mind and to improve your mental & physical health.
My approach is a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Gottman Method, making it science-based and practical, yet in a way that you feel seen, heard and valued. Having spent most of my life abroad, I aim to offer a non-judgmental space that’s sensitive to individual and cultural needs of locals and expats.
You don’t have to go through it alone! In the midst of uncertainties, struggles, pains, confusions and not knowing what the future holds, our work together can offer stability and tremendous relief. Together, we will design and implement your strategy to reach your full potential and follow your dreams. I am excited to meet you! / / / www.EnergisingGoals.com
