If you are feeling alone in your grief or distress, and feel the need to mask up and hide your true feelings, this can weigh on you over time. The constant heaviness in your chest or helplessness that things can’t get any better -I see you. I work with individuals who are keen to work through their emotional experiences and unresolved conflicts with significant others. I'll be the guide to help you regulate, process and hopefully find out what’s needed to restore peace in your body and mind. Personally, when I am deciding on services, I need more information. So,do check out my website to see if my approach and values align with you
I utilise evidence-based approaches like, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), EFT for couples, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (including Prolonged Exposure Therapy and Exposure and Response Prevention),Acceptance and Commitment Therapy,Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness. As a certified grief therapist, I work with individuals to turn pain to purpose.
I conceptualise therapy process as a journey that I take with my clients towards meeting their needs and goals. I see it as my privilege and honour to be on this journey with them given my access to their vulnerabilities and personal stories. Thus, I conduct therapy in a way that is supportive and safe for my clients and build a relationship based on trust.

I consider my approach as a therapist to be eclectic as I draw from various evidence-based modalities that I've been trained in, and customise how I work with each client based on his/her specific focus, clinical concerns, and preferences. It'd definitely be a customised plan for each client - and I tend to be open to change modality when there is a need to do so.
