Many of the people I work with feel anxious, overwhelmed, or constantly “on alert,” even when life looks fine from the outside.
They often carry long-standing shame, self-doubt, or people-pleasing rooted in childhood hurt and complex trauma, and sense that early experiences are still affecting them now.
They want to feel calmer and more authentic, with kinder self-talk and more ease and safety in their relationships. They long to feel less ruled by old fears and reactions, and more able to choose how they respond, rather than feeling pushed by old survival patterns.
In our work, I pay close attention to how your past shows up in your body, emotions, and relationship patterns today.
Using EMDR, Progressive Counting, Flash, Transactional Analysis, I help you safely process painful experiences, hurtful beliefs to gently build new ways of relating to yourself and others. Over time your life is guided by choices you make.
You do not have to untangle all of this on your own.
Therapy with me is collaborative, warm, and grounded, with space for all the parts of you that have had to cope alone for a long time.
As children, we make decisions based on our experiences, which, as adults, may not be serving us. It's time to make new decisions and escape past 'stuckness'.
