About
Suffering in pain or discomfort without medical explanation? Went through a lot of medical checkups but still cannot find out the cause of your discomfort feelings (e.g. chest pain, digestion problems, IBS, breathing difficulties, sensory overloading and sleep problem etc.)? You might actually face autonomic nervous dysfunctional issues. Majority of my clients are facing these concerns and I have been specialized in this since 2012. I utilize trauma-informed and bottom-up approaches to formulate the treatment plan. Most of my clients have reported good progress within 6 sessions of psychotherapy.
I practice trauma-informed interventions (neurofeedback, ego state therapy, expressive art therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, EMDR and SSP) to work on clients who come with emotional, cognitive or somatic issues. I hold the certification in clinical trauma professional and the certification in traumatic stress studies which is led by Dr Bessel van der Kolk.
According to Dr Hopper, there are many different therapist styles and I believe my style is the trauma survivor type. Me myself is a childhood trauma survivor, I used to have severe anxiety disorder, panic disorder and autonomic dysfunction symptoms. Today I am ok, I believe you will be ok too.
