My experience is in working with individuals and families on issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment and relationship difficulties, poor self-esteem, and parenting challenges. I work with children, teens and adults using Gestalt therapy, expressive therapies and play therapy.
I am passionate about restoring and building vitality in the lives of individuals and the relationships between couples and family members to bring about greater mental wellness.
